When resetting your password it must consist of at least 8 characters and to include 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter, 1 number (0-9) and 1 special character (!#$%^&*).


If you are sure your password meets these requirements and still isn’t working, click on the forgotten password link again to have another email and token sent.


The most likely reason why it is not working, is that the token has expired for privacy reasons (after 14 days of sent date).
