Your whole face must be visible in the photo for you to pass Credenxia’s ID verification process. If we do not receive a clear full face photo, we cannot match it to your photo identification (eg to your driver’s licence or passport). Plus, this photograph will be printed onto your ID card (if a card applies). Therefore, you need to make sure it is a current picture and a good representation of how you currently look.

If we cannot obtain a photo match, or feel that your picture is unsuitable for an ID card, we will contact you advising that we require a new image to be uploaded. This will delay your verification, which could affect your ability to begin work.
