If you have been told that you have been sent a welcome email to start your TikForce Position and you haven't received it, it may be in your spam or junk folder.

If you have checked spam/junk and it isn't there, then you will need to confirm which of your email addresses was submitted to TikForce (usually submitted to us by your employer). If you are still unsure, submit a ticket here and we will assist.
